£800 minimum for the first four hours (includes all preparation time & travel). Thereafter £125 per hour. The fees are split equally by the parties unless agreed otherwise in the mediated settlement.
A deposit in the amount of £500 is required at least ten days in advance of the scheduled mediation date.
Cancellation of a scheduled mediation must be made in writing only, by letter or by email to Gary Wintle Mediation at least seven days before the scheduled mediation date, and all deposits will be refunded. Should a party cancel a mediation with less than seven days notice and not reschedule the mediation at the time of cancellation, the deposit shall be non refundable.
